Rather than offering simple counseling or advice, they guide participants to view later life as part of a continuous life course, helping them organize questions and ways of thinking that support life design.
They support participants as they learn to see their own lives, reflect, question, and make choices— quietly standing beside them throughout the process.

All Gerontech Planners complete repeated practice and verification in real-life simulation settings before becoming active facilitators.

They are skilled at pacing sessions according to each participant’s rhythm, asking thoughtful questions rather than presenting ready-made answers, and co-creating structures of reflection and thinking.

A Gerontech Planner is not someone who delivers solutions, but someone who designs a safe space in which life can be seen anew.
